Ivory & Elm provides a personalised gift sourcing and delivery service based on the information submitted by the customer.

Curation Fee

Each request includes a non-refundable curation fee, covering the time and expertise involved in selecting and sourcing your gift.

Gift Approval

A curated gift recommendation and total cost will be provided before any purchase is made. No items will be purchased without customer approval.

Pricing

All pricing shared includes the cost of the gift, sourcing, packaging, delivery, and our curation service, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

We aim to meet all requested delivery dates where possible. However, delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability and location.

Availability

All gifts are subject to availability. In the event an item becomes unavailable, an alternative option will be provided.

Returns & Refunds

As gifts are sourced specifically for each request, returns and refunds may not always be possible. We will assist where we can depending on the supplier.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and recipient information. Ivory & Elm cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect details.
